South Pointe Apartments - Security Deposit Ripoff

This company makes a practice of withholding rental deposits and wrongfully deducting charges for ordinary wear and tear (e.G. Cleaning, painting, etc.) even when the apartment is cleaned meticulously. I strongly recommend not renting any space from them.

After searching the internet, I became sick to discover their widespread abuses to other tenants, and even class actions and the state attorney general have brought actions.

Still, learning no lesson, they are attempting to take our deposit too. Their staff are completely unhelpful, ignore the problem, and will say anything just to get you off the phone and go away. These business practices are despicable.
