Ripoff an email and phone number to use to get your money back

Hi - After much searching on the internet, I was able to come across another site and found an entry from a woman who did in fact get her money refunded. Here is a number as well as an e-mail address. I called the number, got through after one minute, was given the CSR's name as well as a reference number and was told that my refund had been processed and will be back in our account within 10 days. The woman got hers back right away as well. I believe this info. May very well be Singer and not the company in California.
