The reason they can't keep good employees is the way they treat them abused & mistreated deceptive company

I worked at k-mart, i was hired to be the manager of the electronic department, i was told i would be working m-f from 8-5 mon-fri. I took a 50cent per hour cut in pay.

They kept there word for about a month—then they promised another persont the same thing. I went to work everyday and was on time. Willing to work more hours then 40.

Then they starting changing my hours, sometimes till midnight, then back at 7 in the morning. I told them when i was hired that i had kids at home. I even told them i wouldn't mind working week ends just don't make me a mix of nights and days.

I was allso told that after 90 days that i would have insurance which was why I quit my temp job and took a cut in pay.

When it was time to get my insurance they said i wasn't a manager and that only managers get insurance.

Well that is the readers digest version of my story. But there are alot of things that was underhanded working there not just for me but for several others
