Ripoff, charged bank account without delivering service, no refund

Offered 500 shopping spree to try their package called Family Fun Pass. It's a membership to get discounted amusement park tickets. They charged an initial 4.95. They said I should get the package within 7 to 10 days, and then I had 7 to 10 days to cancel.

I never got the package. I looked everyday. I kept meaning to call, but I figured it would come any day. Then I see the charge on my bank account.

At first when I called the numbers they gave it would not go through. About the tenth time it went through.

I explained my situation, and they basically said that there was nothing they could do the money was non refundable. And I said that I'm being charged for nothing I did not even get the package. They said I should've called sooner.

They said they would send me another package with the $500 refund certificates. So now it's a refund certificate meaning I have to buy something. When they were offerring it to me it was a shopping spree.

Somebody needs to stop this company or they will keep on doing it.
