Iron man gone mad in Rialto, collects 50% down payments for jobs that are never completed. Is not licensed but claims he is. Uses used materials but charges it has new. Ripoff

Segovia's Iron works rips innocent people from there hard earn money. He advertises professional, excellent, fast, beautiful iron work for homes. Yyet what he delivers is used unprofessional, sloppy work. He collects 50% down-payment, give you a contract, promises you a date. Then he is gone. Answers he phones only if you call from another line (not caller ID). And when he does answer gives you every excuse from A to Z in the alphabet. He will never complete the job you paid for and refuses to give you back your money.

People beware of this contractor gone bad, for he will rip you off with a smile.

Never answer phones, or returns messages. Refuses to refund money, does not comply with contracts. Claims he has no money. Has done this to many people all over the inland Empire. Young and old.
