Company never sent merchandise ordered via their website

I placed an order for sewing patterns from the Harper House Timberpond Press Website in early October.

The original order totalled over 50.00. Weeks after placing the online order my credit card was charged less than 50.00. I never received the merchandise.

Since my credit card was charged less than 50.00 they won't remove the charge.

I have tried to contact Harper House via emails, phone calls, and a letter with no replies.

Since I placed the order I have inquired on various sewing / costume message boards I belong to and have discovered that others have ordered from this company and never got their merchandise or refunds.

I strongly urge people NOT to do business with this company!
