Ripoff, lied, deceived and manipulated the taxpayers of the City of Azle for the last ten years, and it seems to continue

The business community in Azle, (including the Chamber of Commerce) Texas has controlled the City Councils of Azle, Texas to the detriment of the citizens for the last ten years. It continues to this day.

The Councils, past and present, have lied, deceived, and manipulated the citizens into paying approximately 15 million dollars for a Golf Course that has NEVER made a penny, and came very close to bankrupting the city a few years back.

The general consensus is, the city has failed miserably to represent the citizens of Azle. There is very little, if any trust left in city government.
