BBVA Compass Azle, Tx, has declined to receive a certification of deposit #63089, dated January 11,1995.

This certification was found in a safety-deposit box following a demise of Nancy Boatman. Mr. Boatman tried to receive the worthiness of the certification in 2011 but was refused.

The certification of deposit was released by Azle State Bank on January 11,1995. Pursuing that day BBVA Compass obtained Azle State Bank in 2008. The worthiness of the certification hasn't been used by Mr. Or Mrs. Boatman. The first certification of deposit within the quantity of $2,000.00 was bought by having an arranged rate of interest of 5% each year.

Mr. Boatman’s goal would be to receive the worthiness of the Certification of Deposit.
