Ripoff, dishonest, does not meet obligations West Long Branch, New Jersey

THis is another report of the way Foxtons rips people off. I signed withFoxtons to sell my home in September. To date, six weeks later they have not shown the house once. The agent, Jack Bartky stressed how much traffic I would get from the MLS listings. To date, it took more than one month for it to placed on Realtor.com. It is still not on Yahoo or the Monmouth county MLS list and the MLS lists that Weichert and Turton Realtors publish still do not have photos. What he did not tell me is that most other agents will not show Foxton's properties because of the fee structure.

I have only had two showings by Turton three weeks ago. When I discussed the lack of showings Jack informed me that none of the multifamily properties had been shown. This was a blatant lie. Two of the sellers in my area are friends of mine and have average 5-7 showings a week. When I asked to be released from the contract, they of course refused and as I have insisted that they contact me in writing to respond they have refused saying they will only talk to me on the phone where obviously they are not going to be held accountable for what they say. I have reported this to the New Jersey Real Estate Commissison who informed me that there have been many complaints about Foxtons.
