Let go with out warning or pay

I was a realtor with Foxtons since March and was very satisfied with the job until September 26. On this day Foxtons sent an email to every employee email address stating that they will no longer have a job starting on that day. We had to turn in everything that was given to us which was not a problem. The only problem that I have is not have a warning that this was going to happen so that we could have a plan B. I also have problem that this company is going to keep my checks to pay their debt. THEY STILL OWE ME MONEY! Which they claim they are not going to pay!

I do not appreciate this type of treatment from Foxtons. I busted my behind to get these deals only to get nothing? Oh No! Something has to give, and it will most definitely be Foxtons bankrupt or not!
