Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

This company took $159.95 out of my checking account i did not authorize for this to be taken out i called them and they refused to refund my money so i called the bank and told them i believed it was fraud because i did not authorize for this amount to be taken out so the bank closed my first checking account and opened another one with all new numbers for my account and my debit cards
