Ripoff/over drafts over and over!

I call to let my bank know that, i have been the victim of fraud, i need some to check my account for any and every thing, i was to report this to the local opd, and call back when it's done. I also ask why do i keep getting over draft chargest when the account should have been close, as of this the amount is $ 1,369.00 what can i do!!
