Called and already had all my account information and bank information! How does that happen? Winter Park

I received a phone call on my cell phone from a lady with a very heavy indian accent. I could hardly understand her. She said I was being given a goverment grant for 12,500 and stated my name, address and other personal information. I said who is this.By the way the phone call was very staticy so I had a hard time understanding or hearing her. Then I hung up. Some man called me back and said why did you hang up. I said because this is a scam. He said if this is a scam why do I know all of your information, including my account # and bank name. I was floored. Is said if you are a scam and I find out I am reporting you to the FBI because my husband works for them.

Well he was screaming in the phone and trying to record our conversation. He kept asking me questions to answer yes to, and I kept hearing something click on and off.

Well they took $49.95 out of my bank account. I had to close my account because the bank said once they have your information they will repeatedely come back to withdraw funds.

The bank security called me and said they called there and were told that I purchased $1500.00 in grocery coupons and that is what I was paying for!!! If these people call you about a government grant please hang up on them but check your bank account for unauthorized withdrawals.
