Ripoff changes prices the date he comes to your house to do work

I received a quote for a new roof from mr griffin in feb. I called and went over the quote with his rep jeanette in his office and they advised me that that was the quote and it would not change. I called back in sept when i had the money to do the roof and spoke to jeanette again and she said that the rate was still good and mailed me a contact in the mail which i signed and mailed back. Within a day the product was in my driveway to do the roof and it sat there for three weeks. One appoint was cancelled due to weather. We made an appointment and they showed up at 6:30 and they we up on my roof banging for about a half hour before they even knocked on my door. They at this point asked me to go into my attic. They look into the attic and said that they needed to call there boss and ten minutes later knocked on the door and said that they were not going to be able to do the job that the office would call that there is an extra change. The office called 5 minutes later to yell at me telling me that i a single women knew that i had something called cedar shingles which i have no clue and that he want an addittional 3500 or he would not do the job. John griffin was rude nasty and vulgar. He then stated he would due the job at the rate he quote but not for 6 months when i told him i would contact my attorney. Under my contact that is a breach for it says asap and i told him that and then he said he was not going to do anything and took his material and left with a signed contact that he breached
