This building is the biggest rip-off in California. The prices are exhorbitant. Once the building went condo they chased renters out of their homes by hiring outside professionals to make the premises unlivable. They drilled. Made banging noises so, that they may go back to selling the units.

They also house people who work in illegal professions and when confronted look the other way.

The owners and managers of this building are theives and frauds and if you are considering buying a place in this building, WATCH OUT. You are making a big mistake.
