I bought a light blue 1997 Ford Contour on September 25 from Easy Buy Auto Sales. I had this car for less than a month and the car stopped on me.

I went to have the car checked when I first bought it and was told that there was nothing wrong with it. Two weeks later from me buying the car it stopped. I went and had the car serviced and they told me that all I need was to have the fluids changed.

After that the car seemed to be fine. On my way from school a week and a half later the steering wheel locked and the car would not accelerate. I was able to pull off into a lot and could see that there was smoke coming from the hood. I called my uncle to come get me and told him what the problem was.

We let the car cool down to see if we could tell if anything was wrong. We couldn't so we had the car towed to somewhere to have it looked at. After the mechanic looked at the car he determined that it was the engine.

We called to Easy Buy to tell them what has happened to the car they were not trying to hear what we were saying at all. They basically told us that there is nothing that they can do for us. I have been trying to call the company again and for some reason now one is ever there to talk to me or the owner is out of town.
