Ripoff, Incompetent staff screws up bills and never calls you back

Stephanie and Carrie in the office repeatedly lie and never call you back. I reported excessive dog feces for several months while nothing was done about it.

My account balance has been screwed up several times. I had a dryer that did not work for 1.5 months and was finally fixed after 7 phone calls... They still expected me to pay for it.

Poor customer service... They have no idea how to treat tenants that are paying them money. They sweet talk you when you are moving in, then once you are in... They bend you over the rest of the year and just expect you to take.

Please do not put yourself through what I went through... It is not worth it. I have lost years off my life putting up with these people for one year!

Do not be fouled... Do not move in here!
