SingerLazer Vacuum Cleaner - lGIA ripoff Nationwide

I ordered the Vacuum on the, 10th of August they took out $61.37 for a $57.00 Vacuume, then went in on 9/1 and took out another $ 19.95, the again took out another $19.95 on the 29th of September, and still no vacuume, I contacted customer service at 1-800-711-8357, after holding for 25 minutes I spoke to Vericona, she assured me my vacuume would be sent to my by Friday.

Well Friday came and still no Vacuum. So I waited till Monday the 10th of October and called them. Again, only this time being put on hold for 1 HOUR they hung up on me.

So I went in on the internet and pulled them up to send them an e-mail and it came back as a bogus address. At that time I came across the rip off e-mail address and I read the reports of other customers with the same complaint. So I went to my bank showed them all the evidence and disputed all the moneys that they have taken out of my account, closed out my credit card and tried calling them again with again no responce.
