SINGER Lazer Storm

On August 18, I called 1-800-716-8667 after watching an infomerical on the Singer Lazer Vacuum. The offer that I ordered was for a buy one get one free, a free steamer, and free shipping and handling.

On August 19, the amount of $226.85 was deducted from my credit card. As of today, October 6, numerous phone calls, and some emails, and I still have no vacuum.

I realize that it has only been 7 weeks since my order was placed, but just like every other report on this website, I know that I am going to get the same outcome as they did since every attempt to contact the company has resulted in getting no where.

After speaking with my CC company, I was told to call 1-800-711-8357, to cancel my order. And then a recorded message told me that for some customers, a longer wait would be necessary. I am going to email the address that I was told to, and cross my fingers that I will get a response. If I do I will be sure to post it on this site.
