Ripoff-dishonest-money for nothing!

After openong my account i quickly closed it with Paradigm after finding a lower cost option. I then cancelled. One week later, 83.00 was deducted from my bank account.

No papers were signed, no calls have been returned. I have found their customer service to have very limited hours and are only interested in new accounts, not servicing closed accounts.

Good luck to anyone dealing with this company!!!
