Ripoff

I was approved for a new computer through paradigm acceptance company with gateway computers. A guy called me from paradigm and me and my fiancee used her banking account information on the phone with him. Which i thought this company could be trusted. This guy told me what my monthly payments would be and there would be a one time payment which would be taken out the 26th of this month. And i would be receiving a application and my paperwork in the mail. Two weeks went by and i hevent received anything until today and the money was taken out yesterday wich was the 26th. So we called paradigm and told them that the money was taken out of the account before i received the paperwork. Wich that was wrong of them to do that.

We also asked them if the computer would be shipped out since the first time payent was taken from the bank account and she said no. She said that we had to make 10 more payents before we receive the computer. And we was never told that. The guy that we talked to to set up the payments and the computer told us that when they received the first payment the the compurt would be shipped immediately. We was told two different things and we are very mad at this company. And we want the money back in the bank account. And discontinue and buisness with this company they screw people over and we are gonna have to close the bank account immediately because it was set up for them to take out the payments each week wich we just found that out and the guy we talked to at the beginning said it would be once a month. So we was told something different again. This is a bad buisness and something needs to be done. Thank you.
