I ordered a vacuum then canceled when I could not get more information re: my order. This was Aug 9th. I still have not received my credit and no phone numbers given out are of any use. The email address given gives you nothing but a instant electronic email that says someone will contact you in 24 hour but is still of no help. All the email contains is the same nuber I have been calling for the last month with no results.
