I have sent my miles in for over 3 yrs and have not gotten a response back... Ever... This year I have over 20,000 mils to redeem and if the future is anything like the past i guess marlboro is going to bend me over AGAIN!!!

I don't know what is being done about this, if anything is, but I would just like for Philip Morris to know that I have been faithful smoker of Marlboro Reds for 8 years and I feel that I have been cheated by the company.
