Marlboro Cigarettes now burn faster, has less tobacco

I have been smoking Marlboro Reds-Flip Top for 40 years and lately have noticed that they burned almost twice faster and are loosely packed with less tobacco. I though I got counterfeit cigarette pack so returned them to store. Called Philip Morris and they told me formulation and content had not changed. Bought a another pack, without the newer package insert and it was fine. Then got another pack with the new Explorer package insert, and it burned fast again. Called PM and they told me it was not countefeit. They would not disclose any other consumer complaints. At the price of a pack nowadays, such fast burning and loosely packed cigarettes are not acceptable. The cigarettes even feel lighter in weight, and if squeezed, seems to have only 1/2 to 2/3 of prior tobacco. Is this a ripoff or what?
