After responding to a "no fee" offer, the page informed me that they would debit $149.95 from my bank account (now done).

There was no way to un-apply and when I called they stated that this "one time membership" fee was only partialy refundable.

I called a phone # I got through a complaint I sent through their Quality Control link.

At my request they are going to cancel my "membership" and return about $115.

The fee was not listed were I could see it before I submitted my bank information. They say it was, but it must have been buried somewhere.
This was before I found out about all the other drawbacks of this "company".

The only evidence I have is the confirmation email and phone records.
And the debit from my bank.
It seems that they operate under several names.

I am disabled on SSLI and this "fee" is a hardship at this time.
