Lied and told me i was getting money and then took money from my account. Grant called a tax payers grant!

I received a phone call the person told me i had received a grant she called it a tax payers grant. I had applied for a grant a couple months befor so i thought this was what she was talikng about. So i gave her my account information so she could deposit the money into my account did not receive money and they withdrawled money from my account.
