How it works...
Kelly filed for child support with the Washington Child Support Division several months after we had seperated. Kelly requested that no parental rights be given which, was granted by the State. Kelly requested child support payments back to the date of my sons birth which, was granted by the State (6800.00). Kelly was supported by me for over five years consecutivly including a year and a half after our son was born. My payments were exceptionally high.in fact, up to 50% of my wages before taxes.

How she failed her familly...
I had the oportunity to pay the back amount in full and to put a minimum of 50,000.00 in an educational fund for our son which she botched.in fact, at the time that I was offered this position, the yearly salary would have exceeded 130,000.00. My wages at the time were less than 28,000.00.

That position required me to work overseas for the U.S. Army aviation theater. She denied the possibility of gaining my passport with co-operation with the Washingon Child Support Division offices in Everett. They demanded that I pay a good down faith payment of 5000.00 and 100% of my pay until the account was satisfied. My employer would not allow this and, during negotiations with the state, the position was filled.

One month later, she requested that I waive all parental rights and allow him to be adopted to her new husband. She promised that I would have regular visitation and that child support payment requirements would stop but, the back ammount would still need to be paid.

A year later almost to the date, after her threats and attourneys sending me paperwork that I will never sign, she has quietly agreed to forgive the back amount if I sign the adoption paperwork.

Kelly Ann Loughton has NOT allowed me to see or talk to my son for over four years. She disappeared for over two years when she left the state of Washington and still collected payments. All that this woman wanted from me was money. She was not honest or faithfull in our relationship. She transmitted an incurable VD to me and, she collected money from my father on a regular basis.

I can not get a loan to pay the ammount that is back owed because Washington State has destroyed my credit, pulled my drivers licsence, closed my bank accounts. If anyone would like a copy of any of her emails, I would be glad to forward them after the case has been tried.
