My husband has put up with the nonsense of his ex wife and the division of child support enforcement, Yuma AZ for the past 18 years.

He has been told he has missed payments, owes fees and interest. He has hired a lawyer, went to court, only to have a judge deny all proof of payment, and charge him even more money with the supposed recalculations they did. Now, keep in mind, the children are now 26 and 23. We shouldn't even be dealing with AZ anymore, we are still getting statements for the monthly paperwork fee. We have written over and over again, nobody has a clue what is going on.

We have paid off my husbands child support obiligation three times now. With overages of approx. $30,000, just to try and keep a clear credit report. The state of AZ, just keeps saying we owe more. What can you do, when even a judge turns a blind eye to the illegal goings on in this state were child support payments are concerned.

We have never seen such a scam in our entire lives. I pity any father who has to deal with the state of AZ, as they are clueless, or maybe not. They sure have the ripoff the dad pattern down well. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.
