Ripoff, billing, not refunding when you drop out

I became a broker with Ameriplan which the plans are great but the way they run the business when you drop out is shit. I was told by another broker with some pretty good standing in the company to go to my website with them and click on the cancel account button to drop out so thats what I did. They charged me the $50 anyway and said on no it has to be in writting at least 30 days ahead. Have they ever thought that for whatever reason people may not have a thirty day grace period to wait or even know that far ahead that certain things in life can and do happen that needs to be taken care of immediately. Now if I go to my bank to cancel payment on the transaction I will be hunted down by collections anyway so either way they get the money and I can not even get to my website. How crappy is that.

Stay clear and watch your money and account.

I look at it this way if you cancel then you are canceled refund is due to you if you are no longer part of the company.
