Ripoff took $249.00 out of my checking account for $2,000.000 credit card in 40 days we have not recieved the card, credit card scam

We were contacted by phone more then once. We gave them 249.00 that was deducted out of our checking account for a 2000.00 master card. We were suppose to recieve in 40 days witch we did not. We receive a package 60 days later about a pre paid mastercard when it was suppose to an unsecured and they said they sent wrong package and gave us THIS address to send a letter and tell them they sent us wrong packet
