I ordered the Singer Lazer Storm on 7/21/05. They charged me $118.35. I've called numerous times to their customer care. No one answers the phone but they continue to advertise to hold and a representative will be with us shortly. I've also emailed them at customercare@singerlazer.com and it conveniently returns undeliverable.
This sounds like a scam to me.
