West Feliciana Ripoff, Parish Judge breaking the law?

Well this is the situation in short form, im divorced, mother runs to st. Francisville where her parents are, a very little close knit town. And yes I went into court with no judge, didnt figure I needed a lawyer to say what my rights are, I know my rights.

Well first she gets a peace order put on me, the judge grants it, even though no proof is even shown to as why it should be put on me, he just said im ordering it because she doesnt want to talk to you??? Well thats strange, so I have to communicate through her parents (4 years now) shes 28 year olds old:

But anyway first I get "reasonable" visitation = no visitation for a year, I bring her back the judge slaps her on the hand for keeping my son away from me, then "ASKS" her to agree to every other weekend! ASK? Thats even more weird, still to this day i get NOTHING but every other weekend and they even try their best to make that as hard as possible for me.

I think her dad and judge are golfing buddies. Isnt the law being broke here? I have not the money on a lawyer, times I have had it didnt have enough to just give to one to do nothing but take my money. Most ive talked to dont even wana mess with that town.

Can I send something to the supreme court? I mean can a judge just break the law and its ok? There is so much more to this story but cant write all of it, anyone know what I can do please tell me, any info would be appreciated, thank you...
