Civil rights denied, child taken from home without reason given, missing records from court files

My husband and I had custody of his son, not biological but born of the marrage, up until August. At such time the child was given to a biological aunt that was proven to be raciast. The child is mix. My husband had visitation until he reported child abuse by the aunt. His visitation was denied and we have not seen him since.

He was put into foster care because the aunt said she would have to give him up. We have asked the judge on several occasions why the child was taken from the home and his answer was "I am the judge and I don't have to explain myself".

After filing for custody and visitation several times the intake workers admitted that something is not right. We have not been allowed to show any of our evidence, or have any of our witnesses speak in court.

Our last court date was October 20 and when we went into the courtroom, there was no one there except the judge, the clerk, and a few other people not pertaining to the case.

The judge asked my husband, "What makes you think you are the legal father?" My husband told her that the child was born of the marrage and it was in his divorce that he was to have custody of the child. She said, "I Don't want to hear this, if you want to file an apeal, then do so, case dismissed."

The courts had my husband summoned to court to have his rights taken away along with the bio mother and father. After the courts gave my husband a lawyer, 2 days into the court case, the judge excused my husbands lawyer, excused my husband from the case saying that he was nothing to the child.

We have talked with the intake workers and even after a year, it still does not have any record of the bio aunt ever having custody of the child. We have a copy of the court order, we had a lawyer of our own at one time but the judge intimadated her so badly she quit us the day before we were going to court.

The judge had told her that he had friends in high places and could do what ever he wanted to. Said he had just been to the football game with the governor so he would get him straight. This was after our lawyer told him that we had written a report to the review board.

The guardian Ad Litem that was given to the child has a criminal report himself, he was demoted to work with children after getting caught taking bribes while he was working with the cities money. We have the report on that too.

No one wants to fight city hall. They think it is more inportant to put a 5 year old child on meds than to return him to his loving home. This is just one case, I am sure there are more. You could be next.
