Ripoff, Claims to have sent out emails and letters

I ordered a free trial sample of UltraP/M. I recieved it about 3 weeks later. (I assumed we weren't going to get it because it took so long.) About 2 days later there was a charge on my credit card for $44.90. I called to find out why and they claimed I was on an autoship program and that was a charge for another bottle. I informed them that I had no idea about the autoship program and that I had only just recieved the first bottle 2 days earlier. They told me that I could cancell but there would be no refund. They told me I was supposed to cancell within 30 days of the day I "enrolled" with the free trial. I argued and told him once again that I had only recieved it 2 days earlier.

About two weeks later I recieved another charge of $24 for an online fintess program that I "signed up" for by ordering the pills. I once again called 1-800-757-1279 and spoke with a lady about this charge. She told me what is was, I told her I had no idea what that was. She proceded to tell me that they sent out emails and letters to me informing me of this. I never recieved any of these so called emails and letters. I told her I wanted a refund because I wasn't going to use it. She told me they don't give refunds that I just have to cancell my membership. I told her I wanted to and she told me I had to go online. "Do you have your user name and password that came in the letters and emails?" she asked.By that time I was very upset because she argued with me in the first place about my not recieving the letters and emails and then she out right let me know that she wasn't listening to a word I was saying. Now I hear that these pills are just dog pills. They are a ripoff!!! Do not but from this company. I lost $100 to so called diet pills. Thanks!
