Deadbeat dad and I want the world to know! Doesn't care about his children!

I was divorced from SFC Bonnell in 1999. At first he cared for my children and then when he was remarried he kicked them to the curb.in the divorce decree it stated father was to pay 72% of extraordinary medical expenses and that everything was a joint decision. I have always contacted him prior to doing anything.

In 2001 I told him my daughter needed to have braces and we were referred to the orthodontist, he said have it done. When I sent him all the documentation which listed the costs he backed out and said he wasnt paying for it. Then he was married to a wonderful person who has ruined his relationship with the children, her name is Jennifer Ann (Yankus) Bonnell. She is extremely evil and vindictive!

I have fought with SFC Bonnell since 2001 to get him to pay his share of these expenses. When asked he avoids answering the phone, returns mail to sender and has also moved 3 times with no forwarding information for his children. He also hasnt spoke to them since this started in 2001. Nothing new, he has an older child named Morgan who he has never seen. (Maria, if you are out there and read this contact me please).

I started a modification of child support and contempt charges against him in 2004. I have had to go through hell, he and his father (Ken Bonnell of Bonnell Suffolks in Ohio) wrote a 4 page letter directly to the Judge which belittles me and degrades me as a person, as well as a mother. (I have been the only one who has cared for these children at all) When asked why he did this he stated "Because you called my superiors". He has made his entire family stop all contact with these children.

He has had his military superiors write him letters stating he cant come to court because of his military obligations, which when called on those court dates he was available. He has accussed me of illegal and criminal acts of forging a POA and buying a car. Which he gave me permission to do using the POA but didnt want his new wife to know about it. I have had to deal with this for 2 years. All of this being done because he doesnt want his child support raised! As his daddy put it he is tired of watching me bleed him dry financially. All he has ever had to do besides this is pay 801.00 a month in child support. Bleed him dry??? There is sooo much more.

In 2005 I finally got court orders stating he had to pay his portion of this. He has paid part of it but now is up to the same old no good stuff of avoiding the phone and wont return messages, etc. I have again contacted his superiors and they will do nothing, not even a phone call back because of this mans lies. He has even sent a letter to the courts that he feels his attorney had not represented him well enough and because his attorney said he would win the case, he has asked for a full refund! Give me a break. You lost the case get over it and do what you need to do for the children!

All of this isnt such a bid deal but I want the world to know what type of person we have repressenting us as a military serviceman! Also what a deadbeat father he really is!!!
