Building Block Construction under Roy Waterstradt is a rip-off. First of all he does not live at the company address that he states and does not have a office there{ Lake Orion, MI}! Fails to pay wages on a timely basis or not at all. Makes excuses and Cons you into feeling sorry for him. Uses money from the next persons project to pay for a previous jobs materials and wages! Ive been waiting for a month for back wages and have not recieved anything, plus he has the time sheets.
