Ripoff both consumers and employees wages and benefits

Ever wonder why Aamco Charges so much and gives so poor service. It is because of the 10% weekly taken out off the top for the franchise fees. And who foots the bill for this. The consumer and the employees of the company. I know first hand about the promises made that are unkept. Poor wages paid, example, if an experienced 13 year employee gets the same wages as a 21 year old kid, fresh out of school, well that says it all. Work for almost 2 years at the same wages you start at, and this kids gets hired at the same.

The consumer is also given promises that aren't worth the paper they are written on. The so called warranty you purchase isnt worth the extra cost. Your vehicle can and will sit for weeks waiting for approval from the original store you had the work done at.

Buyer beware is all I can say.
