Ripoff

A few months ago I found this "great" website with cheap clothes for tall women. I ordered $123.00 dollars worth of clothing from them via credit card over the phone. I was told I would receive a confirmation email and ship date.

No email was sent. After a few weeks when no shipment was received I stared placing the first of about 15 phone calls. No one ever answers the phone or returned my call. I sent numerous emails to EVERY email address on their site. Finally, I got a response when I threatened to report them to the IFCC.

The reply email was very upbeat and sarcastic. They promised to "check into" what happened and get back to me asap. Needless to say, no getting back to me, no clothing received. They did however have no problem charging my credit card in a timely manner.
