Creative Networks Arizona
Unprofessional, unorganized, force workers Ripoff

Miscellaneous

First of all I thought this was a good company since some in my extended family work there, and it is a subsidary of ResCare, Wrong! It took me forever to finish the unpaid training, then they accepted my CPR certification, then they didn't and it took even longer to get certified. Then they assigned me to a completely unprofessional coordinator. Let alone the office was housed in a run-down hotel. So you are supposed to be able to chose the type of people you want to work with. I wanted to work with special needs young children. My coordinator somehow kept ignoring that and forcing other people on me. I felt pressured. Then she called me (although I wanted hours from 8:30 am) to work with someone at 7 am and told me I had "no choice in the matter" and had to be there. I did initially agree, out of fear. If you want to work in home healthcare, you might not want this place to be your first stop. It could prove to be a waste of time.
