Jessica Riggs is employed by Creative Networks. She is a two time convicted assault / voilence offender and is caring for two disabled young women without supervision. Creative Networks is aware of her record, but does not seem concerned. It's scary and sad that this girl can attack and injure her victims, attend mandatory anger management, and still be in an unsupervised position to care for individuals who are disabled. It's a shame that the company who employes her is not concerned.

I am sure if the families of these girls' were to know of her history of violence, they would not allow her to live in their home and care for their loved ones. Jessica is currently facing her third assault / violence offense with no reprocussions.
