Why so long

I recently had a billboard designed by All Creative & Affiliates in Oregon. I chose to have this done on account of a sale that our collection of stores were having for the upcoming holiday season. I asked around and some friends suggested All Creative & Affiliates. Scams and spotty work are common in that industry, sometimes you hear that after you move forward with the project it isn't completed properly or at all for that matter.

My experience was centered around delays in production of the design that we had approved. We waited so long for the work to be completed that we almost missed the availability of the space we intended on occupying.

In the end Creative & Affiliates did complete the work and we did manage to put up our ad but it was a frustrating proposition. All Creative & Affiliates almost scammed us out of our opportunity to market in our chosen location that we had scouted and were eager to occupy.
