Distinct-Advantage ripoff

I got the first call from this people on 11/21/05 while at work and thought nothing of it since I did'nt reconize the number. I got another call from them on 01/05/06,09, 10,11, and on the 16, I finally answered the call on the 18th and like everyone eles was informed of getting vouchers for vacations of $400.00 and gas of $100.00 (at $10.00 a month for ten months).

They asked to confirm basic information like my phone number and the such, but when they asked for my checking account number is when I got suspicious and asked how they got my information and they said I bought something from an affiliate using my checking account.

I then asked why they needed my account number since they had all of that imformation from the other web site. They said it was to comfirm my account number so they could send me the vouchers and information packet, I told to send me the packet so I could find the 800 number and cancal my account.

Just recieved the packet along with their long distance company TeliFlex, I cancelled both and notified my bank to halt any withdraws from these company and will call to make sure this is being done.
