Ripoff grant on college students. You need to apply for grants!

I got a phone call to my cell phone july 7th. At first i was really excited. The foreign man told me i was getting a federal grant for school... And because i am a international affairs and goverment major i thought my luck was changing... However... He said he was sending me the legal documents to my house and he had my address... He then told me that i needed to pay the 29.95 for shipping which i was happy to oblige... I mean hello 5,000 for school! Then he proceded to ask if i had a checking account which made sense obviously to access my money for the shipping... Then he proceded to ask me for my account number, which thankfully i dont even know anyways! I then knew there was sumthing fishy and told him to call me back as i looked around for it... I immediatly called my father and he knew what was going on. You have to apply for grants!!! The "company" then called back twice in the next hour and finally my father picked up the "unknown" called id and told them to get lost and i was no longer interested in talkin to them... They hung up instantly... This is so wrong, expecially for unsuspecting college students who feel this is their lucky day!
