Ocwen Loan, Won't help me me with my mortage modification

I sent a hardship package of information to Ocwen on 4-28-09. I waited to here from them for several days after the 10 waiting period. I called and was told information had not been sent. Which was not true. First they said I had not sent my tax schedules, second they had no way of reaching me. I have this information in my package in order that I faxed them. I did fax them the tax paper and will tell you why I know the must have gotton them and then lost them. They must have lost the paper I signed to contact me too because that was also in my paper work I fax them. They then asked for items that were not asked for in the package. A copy of a utlity bill and an official letter where my husband claimed unemployment last year for a couple of months. I made no mention in any of my information about my husbands unemployment. The only way they could have known was through the tax schedules that I sent. Somewhere, they lost them. Now the want this official letter stating that my husband was unemployed for that period of time.

I called the unemployment office and got two fax numbers to request information from them but I have not heard anything back from them. The customer service for Ocwen is in India, I know I have talked to them over the years several times. They are always trying to call and sell you something. The gentlemen I spoke to the first time I called on the 28th last month sounded like he was asleep or drunk. I had to ask all the questions to get my answers. I called and told them I was resumitting the papers they lost and a copy of the utlilty bill. The only one I couldn't send was the letter for unemployment. The gentlemen this time said he would make a record of it. Tuesday I wrote a letter to the Attorney General office. I also went on Ocwen website and found and email for their stock holders and sent them a long email.
