Ripoff of Security Guard wanting a Master Card

Contacted by Jay #8204519, by phone on Jan 27 and was told I was pre-approved for a Mastercard and that all I needed to do was to sent them $369.00 for a one time Fee or I could have it debited from my checking account.

They withdrewed the money on 2/17. After weeks of waiting I get a package with an application form for the Mastercard and a bunch of crap for a Vacation package to places I have no use for.

The application was filled out and sent 3/18. I got back the envelope on 6/27/05 unopened with a return to sender stamped on it.

I have made several attemps to contact them and have been given nothing but the run around and lies that my money would be returned, etc, etc, etc. I want JUSTICE.
