Worst service ever! From 2/05 to 5/05. They took my money the DAY of order but I had to fight to get items-then SOME items finally sent but others never showed.

Some that did arrive were wrong item - had to fight to get money back, or item delivered. Specifically shoes for my SON. After pulling teeth for weeks to get them, they finally sent them, to get me off their backs — but they were GIRLS shoes.

I paid AGAIN to send them back for a refund cuz i dare to wait again for the right pair. Weeks went by, i didn't get refund. Pulled teeth to contact them again. They said they were worn so i wasn't getting a refund??? THEY WERE GIRLS SHOES... Thats why i sent them back!

So i said to send them back to me WITH proof of shipping cuz i was constantly getting links that other items were 'electronically' shipped but i never received them. (i also did report them to USPS). They sent me a UPSP link tracking a different item to NC. I live in PA! Again, info just to get me of their backs. I never did get them back... Know why?

Because they originally said they were worn when I know they weren't. Lots to tell, but not enough room. Finally got money back, but what a disaster!!! Full of excuses, no phone number (i got one from my bank statement AND i posted it). False advertisement on their home page "Fastest delivery nationwide" - until i brought it to their attention... Now that has been removed. How convenient!!
