I was promised a $5,000.00 grant. All I had to do was apply. I paid ($249.95) for a grant book and cd. I tried to contact them at the beginning of May but to no avail. I kept getting the message "all circuits busy try later".

On May 25 I mailed the package and required data back. I haven't heard anything form them as of yet. I just want my money back.
