GRANT CONFIRMATION definitely a ripoff Asking $ for acceptance of a grant

What is this De Monaco Heritage Fund? Sounds too good to be true. And why do we have to submit money in order to get an acceptance grant? The Federal Government (of which I am a recent retiree) has instructions on how to apply for free grant money. Like the other reports I read on usacomplaints.com.Com people have to apply for the grant and you have to be specific about what you want the grant for. It is true, the Federal Government just does not hand out free money. I wonder if the Securities and Exchange Commission should be notified about this? They have an Enforcement Division that goes after companies that try to rob the public.
