Credit Card SCAM! Ripoff Guarnteed in 25 days over phone never came

They called me saying no credit check, guaranteed $2000 credit card for a 1-time charge of $249 out of bank acct. I waited 30 days, and called their customer service at 866-642-9465, which is almost impossible to get someone. They told me "went to shipping dept", you'll have by eow. What i got was a package of ads, coupons, and solicitation crap. I called again & again, no luck, and no card now 2 months later. I went to bank and had charge reversed with FEDERAL FORM E. Do not answer these scam calls guaranteeing you a credit card! Dont give you bank info out!!!
