Outagamie county, this court continues to harass us after 9 years

My wife gets a speeding ticket in appleton, wisconsin. This happened july of 1996. She could not show up to fight the ticket because we live in San Diego. The ticket was only $141.50, but we refused to pay it because she was not going that fast. Anyways, 9 years later they still call us on a weekly basis for the (not thier) money.

I believe this is outrages harassment. My wife has MS and trys to answer the phone when I'm out. These people should get over it and get a real life. I do get a weather report from the caller on my former home town. BURR, ITS COLD BACK THERE.

This is the same town which (when I lived There) would not allow Africian American Green Bay Packers Players in many of thier bars and restaurants during the 1960s.
